Livby is available worldwide, but some seller functions only work in the United States for now. This will be changing soon so stay tuned!
What devices support the Livby app?
The Livby App is currently only available on IOS devices for now. An android version will go live this year.
How can I download the Livby App?
You can download Livby in the IOS App Store by searching for Livby or by clicking one of the 'Download Now' buttons on this site.
Are there any age restrictions on the Livby app?
All content and products are suitable for all ages to view, but given the community nature of Livby, we recommend ages 15+.
Can I connect my store with the Livby app?
Yes, you may connect your shopify store to the Livby App. However, you will need to contact our customer support team first for approval. The email is firstname.lastname@example.org.
How can I go live on the Livby app?
Its super easy! Just press the play button at the botton of your screen in-app. Follow the on-screen instructions to add your payment info and schedule a future sale, or go live!
Do I need to wait to start my Live?
No, You can go live anytime! anywhere!
I am new. I never Livestream sold before, what do I need to do?

Any restrictions on the live stream length?
We recommend at least 20 minutes so you will have enough time to gather your audience and attract new audiences to enjoy your show. There is no limit for the live stream length, so you can go up to 24 hours if you like.
How to add products to my live sales?
You need to fill in the product information, which is a super quick and easy process. According to our user ability test, for each product, uploading the information only takes 15 seconds. (You can do it on your phone, so no need for a laptop.)
How can my audience buy my products?
The audience can buy your products during the live stream or even after the live stream from the shop features or your page on the Livby app.
How do I know if someone purchased my products?
If someone purchased your product during the livestream, you will see the purple gradient bubble pop up and you will receive an email confirmation with your order information. If someone purchases your product after the livestream, you will receive an email notification and a pop-up notification from the app as well. (So we recommend you turn on the notification to get that pop-up notification so you do not miss it.)
Someone purchased my item, what do I need to do?
Congratulations first, and now you need to pack your item and ship it to the customer. If you can not ship it right away, or there is something wrong during this process, you may contact your buyer and let them know what is going on.
How can I perform better to get more sales?
After each live stream ends, we will send you a live stream analysis including your viewer numbers, total sales, and engagement rate in the app and email. Try out different formats and styles, have fun with it and see what works best!
How does shipping work?
We offer very competitive shipping rates within the United States through our partnership with Shippo.
I sold my item, how did I get paid?
You will get the direct deposit to your payout account right after someone purchases your item, and we will send you a weekly summary of your payout for your reference.
How much did I get paid?We only charge a small service fee to help our team to run the app.
Instead of the 20-30% fees charged by platforms like eBay, Poshmark, and TRR, we only charge a 10% commission on each sale. There are never any additional processing fees or hidden fees of any kind.
Does Livby collect sales tax?
We collect the sales tax from your customer while they checkout based on their state. And we will send those amounts with your payout to your account. You can request the tax form from livby each year to file the tax.
I am a buyer, so how did I know if I successfully purchased an item?
You will receive an email confirmation to the email you entered while you check out, and you can check the setting-your orders for the order detail information.
I live outside of the U.S. Can I still shop on Livby?
Livby is currently only available in the United States, and we are working on international shopping as well.
